Solution Focused Hypnotherapy combines talking therapy using elements of SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and hypnosis. This is a well-researched modern approach based on the latest neuroscience research. It is also a collaborative process, and it is important to understand that change happens because you want it to and that you are prepared to work together to take the necessary steps to allow it to happen. Working alongside talking therapy, we incorporate hypnosis to focus your mind on your preferred future to help you achieve your goals.
