Then we get caught in a loop: we feel anxious → we worry about feeling anxious → that makes us more anxious… and round and round it goes.

One simple trick to break the cycle is to label it:
❌ Instead of saying ‘I am anxious,’
✅ Try ‘I am noticing anxious thoughts.’
This reminds your brain that thoughts come and go—they don’t define you.
